STEP 1 : Request For Franchise

STEP 5 : Welcome to the Vakrangee Family!
Post signing the agreement, the franchisee shall receive the onboarding mail along with the detailed design manual, which shall provide all the details related to interior design and branding of your own Nextgen Vakrangee Kendra outlet.
STEP 6 : Civil, Interiors and Branding (As per specifications)
• Detailed design manual is shared with the franchisee, which includes the store layout drawings and material details for the store interiors and civil work.
• Franchisee can seek help and guidance from their Kendra Design and Branding (KDB) team to complete the store’s interior and branding, ideally within 30 to 45 days.
• Strict adherence to design manual is required. The interior and branding of the store have to be followed as per the design manual guidelines.
STEP 7 : Civil, Interiors and Branding (As per specifications)
• Store inspection and approval – Post completion of the store interiors and branding, the store would be subject to inspection and approval process.
• Vakrangee field level team shall visit the store and inspect the store with respect to adherence of design guidelines.
• Franchisee shall also click and upload all the required pictures through their mobile app, which will be approved by the respective field manager and relationship manager.
STEP 8 : Delivery of Equipment and Training
• Delivery of equipment – Once your store is ready, verified and approved, we shall get the equipment delivered to you.
• Ideally the delivery of equipment would take 3 to 6 weeks post successful approval of the store.
• Franchisee can quickly set up the equipment and start their business.
• Service activation shall be adhered to as per the provided timelines and vertical wise training shall be provided, on on-going basis to the respective franchisee and their operators, through their field level team.
• Training material would also be made available through their proprietary technology platform VKMS portal. • Vakrangee team shall provide continuous on-going support and marketing material (artwork) required for the store awareness in your neighborhood and local community.
