Refund request normally not accepted since its e-book.Once customer downloaded the e-book they are not eligible for any refund.Customers who purchase or downloaded e-books paying certain amount will get refund only on special situation.These are as follows :
- If customers face issue regarding downloading the file , we resolve the issue manually.If we can’t solve the issue,then only we will issue refund.
- If customer paid twice for the same item.Buyer needs to share the transaction id,we will verify and issue refund.
